Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your device to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your BOOX device in its original box, including the stylus, cables, and any documentation that came with the product.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our designated service center and drop it off at a certified carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
